Program Analyst I – Water Resources  

Pay Range: $31.77 - $40.29 per hour (C42 Step 1-13)

Hiring Range: $31.77 - $33.71 per hour (C42 Step 1-4 DOQ)  

There is one Program Analyst I opening with the Yakima County Public Services Water Resources Division. This position functions as lead of critical program elements of the Water Resources Division with emphasis on educational programs, floodplain management, developmental reviews, and technical support.  

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in water resources, soil science, agronomy, bioresource engineering, environmental engineering, civil engineering, fluvial geomorphology, geology, natural resource management, biology, ecology, or natural resource planning AND two (2) years of additional relevant experience. Master’s Degree or Ph.D. OR the equivalent education and experience to perform the essential duties of the job.
