Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist
Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) is seeking applicants for a full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at the Walla Walla campus. The CRM Specialist will coordinate all aspects of the CRM across the College; develop and maintain communication strategies and continuously track and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and retention activities implemented via the CRM.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Education or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute for education requirement at the discretion of the College.
Salary Range: $3,401 – $4,425/monthly. This position will remain open until filled. For priority consideration, applications should be received by June 19, 2022.
