A public accounting and professional services Firm in Yakima WA is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our practice. This position will be assigned to manage a team of several members, while supervising daily business operations following the principles, practices, and procedures established by the Firm.

 

Job Requirements:

Good decision-making abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven leadership skills. Highly capable of multi-tasking, working well under pressure, and conforming to the current area-specific business ethics, applications, and programs. Delegating, supervising, and reviewing responsibilities of subordinates, achieving effectiveness and efficiency of Firm’s objectives , hiring and training personnel required in achieving administrative goals, and performing other duties assigned by Management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

            A successful candidate must possess 2-4 years experience in Office Administration. Supervisory experience required.
