A public accounting and professional services firm in Yakima, Washington is currently seeking an experienced Technical Writer/Administrative Assistant to join our practice. This position will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for our clients and our Professional Staff.

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service communicating both in verbal and written form

  • Format/Edit/Standardize highly technical material for Firm

  • Assist with proofreading complex documents adhering to Firm styles and guidelines

  • Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Acrobat Adobe

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

  • General office duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of two years in administrative support position preferred, but not mandatory

  • Proficient computer skills a must

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills

  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

  • Maintain strict confidentiality

  • Ability to handle high stress/deadline-oriented atmosphere

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize

  • Ability to perform with little supervision; self-motivator
