The Yakima Herald-Republic, a part of the Seattle Times company, is searching for a Client Service Representative to assist local Account Managers with their media sales efforts.
CSRs work closely with Account Managers and advertising clients to accurately enter advertising orders into the billing and production systems.
CSRs will interact with advertising clients via phone, email and face-to-face to ensure that they are receiving a high level of customer service.
In this position, the selected candidate will:
*Work with account managers and advertising clients to ensure advertising is ordered and prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
*Assist clients and account managers with answering questions related to billing and pricing
*Assist account managers with collecting payments from advertisers
*Assist account managers with preparing proposals for potential clients
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
*Strong focus on customer service and an understanding of the holistic customer experience
*Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
*Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
*Balance of self-starter and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
