WAREHOUSE ADMIN SUPPORT We currently seek an addition to our Administrative team for a warehouse-based position in our Yakima headquarters.
The Warehouse Administrator Support Person performs a vital role in payroll, training, compliance, and data collection for our Wiley City cold storage.
This is an hourly full-time position requiring occasional weekend work during peak seasons.
Work hours may also vary depending on the time of the year.
New hire paperwork- employee orientation/training
Manage electronic timekeeping: employee setup and maintenance, scheduling, and time entry review and reconciliation
Distribute paychecks Complete Sick Pay request
Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries from warehouse employees
Qualifications English/Spanish bilingual required (verbal & written)
Strong computer skills, including Office suite
Organized and attentive to detail Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
Regular, dependable attendance with punctuality
