The Recruitment Category Account Executive is primarily responsible for working with clients in Yakima and Walla Walla who are looking to hire new employees.
The Account Executive will suggest appropriate solutions to help clients find the right candidates.
The AE will be the primary contact for all inbound employment advertising calls in both Yakima and Walla Walla markets.
The AE will also be responsible for prospecting dormant and new employment advertisers.
The Employment AE will work closely with the advertising teams to uncover new leads.
Position Duties *Take inbound calls from clients wishing to place recruitment advertising
*Suggest recruitment solutions (print and digital) to clients based on their needs
*Create and reach out to prospects; both dormant and new
*Make presentations to new potential clients
*Review advertising performance with active clients
*Keep other advertising employees apprised of recruitment solutions
*Provide support to the Call Center and walk-in customers, as neededPosition Requirements
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
*Able to manage a client load of 80-120 accounts
*Able to manage multiple projects *Ability to work with various vendor software programs
*Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
